Main duties: Support the Senior HR Executive all matters related to the Vietnamese Teachers and Employees at KNE Group (E-Study and school services):

  • Manages, stores and updates system-wide personnel records including current and retired staff
  • Check and manage preparation when new staffs are on board
  • Manage and update the leave, maternity leave of employees
  • Making proposals, decisions, notifications, letters, minutes related to personnel work.
  • To ensure the accurate and timely implementation of professional activities related to:
  1. Social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance
  2. Monthly timesheets
  3. Reports on labor, salary scale and payroll as prescribed
  4. Probation contract, labor contract of the employee
  5. Other modes of work
  • Resolve, assist in resolving the questions of personnel related to HR
  • Monitor and update regulations, new laws related to employees
  • Other tasks assigned by the Head of HR

Training development:

  • Liaising with managers and interviewing employees at all levels to identify and assess training and development needs
  • Delivering and overseeing the training of individuals or groups of employees
  • Compiling and presenting information
  • Implementing, advising on and monitoring appraisal schemes
  • Ensuring employees receive statutory required training
  • Designing and assessing training programmes.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2-3 years experience at the same position
  • Communication skill
  • English skill
  • Working under pressure
  • Team player and work independently
