The HR Expat Administrator cum Global Mobility Advisor will manage the international relocation process for employees, and provide advice on global mobility policy allowances, best practice and compliance including:

HR Expat Administrator:

  • Assist organizing expatriate’s (and family) housing and rental agreements
  • Responsible for the process of guiding new expatriate employees, including but not limited to assisting with opening a bank account and distributing insurance policies
  • Manage expatriate immigration and visa matters, completing documentation, drafting a time line forthe process, ensuring completion of all necessary documentsM
  • Manage various administrative tasks, internal reports and applications
  • Translates documents and announcements from English to Vietnamese and vice versa

Global Mobility Advisor:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the global mobility programme
  • Consult with the Leadership Team, and HR partners on global mobility, immigration, and relocation policies to ensure consistent and applicable relocation support benefits are offered
  • Manage the global mobility program and work closely with third party service providers to ensure smooth relocation
  • Provide updates to HR and the Leadership Team as required
  • Assist with international assignment/transfer cost projections and data analysis for relocation
  • Administer global immigration programs and serve as a point of contact for inquiries regarding immigration issues
  • Stay abreast of expatriate employees’ job changes (locations, duties, terminations) to ensure status is in compliance
  • Maintain immigration and global mobility records
  • Maintain legal immigration tracking system in coordination with legal department
  • Review and audit invoices (immigration services, tax services, relocation, etc.), and process for payment
  • Provide subject matter expertise and ensure company compliance with appropriate regulations/guidelines
  • Identify innovative and viable suggestions for strengthening processes and improving customer service
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities required by management


  • University graduate, economics, personnel management, Business Administration;
  • Experience:3 years with a similar position;
  • Knowledge of Vietnam labor law, environment and health and safety regulations;
  • Sensitive and good communication skills;
  • Have a can do mindset and be open to rotate in all areas of HR;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English;
  • Familiar with office computers skills;
  • High responsibility, ability to work independently;
  • Good communication & organizational skill
